EVERY BUSINESS HAS ITS COMMUNITY
WHAT MATTERS MOST
A clear, welcoming meeting place.
Where everyone can find their place,
without a lengthy instruction manual.
Discussions organised by topic. Questions, answers and search help members find the conversations they need.
Create articles with a cover image and images in the body. Prepare drafts in the admin area and add published articles to the library.
A separate admin area to create your space, choose colours and fonts, and add your logo and banner.
The demo uses sample data. The pilot app lets you create your real community.
PEOPLE BEFORE SETTINGS
A useful community starts with a shared need: helping one another, exchanging practical knowledge or staying in touch. Commu brings these activities together in one space, with guidelines members can understand.
A LITTLE METHOD, A LOT OF COMMUNITY
Two guides to prepare your space
and make your first conversations meaningful.
Organise announcements, questions and resources across a partner network. Plan clear spaces, responsibilities and a manageable community routine.
Define what your customer community is for, choose its first spaces and prepare useful conversations before launching your community platform.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
The pilot has a clear scope.
Here is what to know about this first version.
Businesses that bring together customers, partners, franchisees, members or professionals. Commu provides a shared space for discussions, mutual support and practical knowledge.
The interactive demo starts in the Admin view. Create a demo community, change its appearance and prepare an article with your own images. Switch to Member to see the result and explore the discussions. Demo changes stay in your browser. Creating a real community requires an account in the separate pilot app.
The Admin / Member selector sits just above the demo. Admin contains the dashboard, appearance settings and articles. Member shows discussions, published resources and the community. You can switch freely between the two views in this local demo.
Your community's name, description and address, its background, cards, text and accent colours, and its heading and body fonts. You can add a logo and banner, then check the result in the preview and the Member view.
Commu is an independent product. Businesses that use a forum such as Discourse are part of its intended audience. This version does not include a Discourse integration, synchronisation or migration service.
Communities are private by default and accessible to their members. Public reading of published content depends on the community's visibility setting. Admin permissions and the member directory remain tied to community membership.
The planned model is a subscription per community. Pricing is still being defined with the first pilot businesses. This page does not sell a payment plan or subscription.
Start with a clear need, a small group of first members and a few useful spaces. Prepare some initial content and choose someone to welcome new members. The Commu guides offer a practical approach for customer communities and partner networks.
