These terms describe the use of Commu, published by Bx Labs, to bring customers, partners and professionals together through conversations and shared resources. They cover the website, its demo and the pilot app linked from it. Publisher details and contact information appear in the legal notice.
Demo without an account
The demo uses fictional examples. Names, text and images you try there stay in your browser and do not create a community in the app. Resetting restores the demo for the current language; clearing site data in your browser also removes its local storage. Avoid adding confidential information or other people's personal data.
Account and access
You need an app account to create or participate in a community. Provide accurate information, protect your password and share invitations only with their intended recipients. An invitation is linked to an email address and is valid for seven days. It is shared through a link; Commu does not automatically email it.
Roles determine the actions available in each community. Communities are private by default. When an administrator enables public reading, discussions, replies, published articles and associated images can be read without an account. The member directory and administration remain restricted to authorised people.
Contributions and moderation
Only publish material you have the right to share. Respect people, copyright, confidentiality and the law. Illegal content, impersonation, harassment and attempts to gain unauthorised access are prohibited. Community administrators can moderate content and suspend access within their available permissions.
You keep your rights to your contributions. Publishing them allows the service to store and display them according to the selected visibility settings. Hiding content or suspending access does not delete an account or every copy of its content.
Pilot status
The pilot is evolving and may require maintenance or fixes. Keep a copy of important documents. Simply using the pilot does not purchase a commercial availability commitment or paid support. Any future paid offer will require separate terms presented before a commitment.
Support and personal data
For questions, reports, leaving the pilot or requesting deletion, contact contact@bxlabs.ai. Account deletion is not available as a self-service feature in this version. Data processing and your rights are explained in the privacy policy.
